Shipping Method & Costs
The online store www.smokinghouse.gr offers the following ways to send the products:
1. Shipping by Courier:
The orders are sent by our company to the company ELTA Courier, on the same day or in 1 working day.
The courier delivers within 1-3 working days (depending on the destination) from the date of shipment.
ATTENTION: Information from ELTA Courier: During this period, due to the increased traffic of couriers, due to the emergency measures Covid-19, deliveries will be made in 1 to 5 working days. Please be on hand, because if they do not find you easily, the delivery is postponed for 1 more week.
In case of delayed delivery, partial or total destruction of the goods during transport, the transport companies are responsible.
The shipping cost is € 3.00 per order, regardless of the volume or weight of the products, for domestic shipments.
The cost of cash on delivery within Greece is € 3.00.
Free shipping for orders over € 50.00, for orders within Greece.
Shipments to Cyprus: For shipments in Cyprus the shipping cost is € 20.00 per order up to 2Kg, while there is no cash on delivery option.
Shipments abroad: To find out about shipping charges to other countries, please contact us. We inform you that upon arrival of the package in your country you may be required to pay domestic duties, taxes and / or customs charges as assessed by the legislation of each state. Please be aware that we cannot control these charges which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Pick up from the Store:
You can pick up your order directly from our store: 22 Socratous & Iktinou, Athens.
In case of receipt of your order from our store, you will not be charged with further costs.
